Julie B. Swift

  Julie Swift is a Somerset County native. She left the area for her undergraduate and graduate studies, living in numerous states across the country and even internationally (West Africa and the Caribbean). During her travels, she developed an appreciation for various architectural styles and topography. After three years of Atlanta’s busy lifestyle, Julie was eager to return to her roots and embark on a career in Real Estate.
 

She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. Her attention to detail has been a valuable asset as a realtor. She takes a special interest in educating buyers and sellers (whether first time or experienced) on the entire real estate process from start to finish. She is passionate about sharing all the wonderful things the lower Eastern Shore has to offer to out of state buyers. In addition to covering residential real estate Julie enjoys land sales due to her strong knowledge of woodlands and love of the outdoors.
 

Julie loves spending time with her husband and their son, especially on her family’s tree farm. Julie is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware.
